1. Definition of pixel correction: it is to determine the correspondence between the pixel size of the display screen and the actual size.
2. The necessity of pixel correction:
① After installing the software, pixel correction must be performed before starting the measurement for the first time, otherwise the results measured by the vision measuring machine will be wrong.
② Each magnification of the lens corresponds to a pixel correction result, so pre-pixel correction must be performed for each used magnification.
③ After the camera components (such as: CCD or lens) of the vision measuring machine are replaced or disassembled, the pixel correction must also be performed again.
3. Pixel correction method:
① Four-circle correction: The method of moving the same standard circle to the four quadrants of the cross line in the image area for correction is called four-circle correction.
② Single circle correction: The method of moving a standard circle to the center of the screen in the image area for correction is called single circle correction.
4. Pixel correction operation method:
① Manual calibration: Manually move the standard circle and manually find the edge during calibration. This method is usually used for manual vision measuring machines.
② Automatic calibration: automatically move the standard circle and automatically find edges during calibration. This method is usually used in automatic vision measuring machines.
